It seems to me that the greatest successes in our industry are a result of a true team effort at every level for ultimately we all share a common goal – the satisfied customer. For us as a group of global destination management companies who complement rather than compete with each other teamwork is hugely important. We all strive to shine all the time so that the customer has the confidence that no matter which partner, or which destination, we’ll consistently deliver the same exemplary service with the same care and attention, from soup to nuts.

We are in the fortunate position of counting many of our customers as friends. A customer who recently entertained five of us to dinner at her house on a Sunday night prior to the start of a one-week sales trip; another who literally jets from one DMC partner to the next undertaking specialized meetings; another who always moves heaven and earth to bring us new business opportunities. We are rich indeed for customers such as this and count ourselves fortunate to have them as friends. A sincere thank you to everyone pictured here, for your time and interest when we call on you; genuine friendship; and not least your wonderful smiles.



In June 2012 THEPartnership worked with Annik Paquay and Olaf Van Geene of Pepper and Salt's office in Brussels to sponsor this respendent Porsche 911-933 4S in the international La Targa Passagio that took place in Brussels. This world class racing event was formerly known as the Porsche Tunnel Challenge.

The inaugural Global Meetings Executive of the Year Award was presented at IMEX in Frankfurt to our good friend Ping He, Director Global Sourcing and Partner Relations, Experient. Sherrif Karamat (left) of PCMA and Ray Bloom, IMEX, presented the award. 

"With Ping's help, Experient's international meetings reach has expanded through forming a support network of hotels and DMCs around world who share our high standards of service excellence. She has helped put our brand on the map through her tireless involvement in industry tradeshows and global events and her efforts have resulted in the growth of Experient's offshore revenue by 300+% in just two years.
