Vega was founded in 1988 and on its 20th Anniversary was awarded the Quality Management System (ISSO 9001) and Health and Safety System (OHSAS 18001) certification, the only travel company in Portugal to be awarded both certifications.  

Lisbon is the only capital city in Europe with sandy beaches just minutes from the cobblestone streets of its center, providing a multi-level experience for incentive travel, meetings and events. One of Portugal’s trademarks is the Algarve on its southern coastline, famous for year-round, championship golf courses, outstanding resorts and a range of wonderful restaurants, from on-the-beach casual to gourmet cuisine in the towns dotted along the coast. To the north of Lisbon is Porto, the city that provided the famous fortified wine of the same name. With an architectural heritage of exceptional quality, the historic centre of Porto has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage site. 

The Azores are nine different islands of adventure in the Atlantic to the west of Portugal. Idyllic Madeira Island is a floating garden warmed by the Gulf Stream where “the days are perpetual June”.
